My lumbar vertebra had slipped and were pinching the nerve to my leg. After treatment for the injury, I bought a Nada-Chair. I live in Western Australia and fly home to the US a few times a year. It it a 20-23 hour flight in economy class. I was afraid that my back could no longer manage these long flights. Last month I flew a round-the-world trip, Australia to the US to Europe to Hong Kong to Australia. Plus some other flights in the middle. It was about 70 hours of flying over 12 flights. I used my Nada-Chair on all the flights and I had no back problems. The chair allowed me to sleep comfortably while sitting upright. I found that I did not slump and did not stress my lower back. I also found that it allowed me to be more comfortable in the cramped space they give you in economy class. And I'm a big guy, 6'3" and 210 lbs. I arrived home last week and have almost no back pain.
